        Classes We Offer

        At Insight Fitness, we are proud to offer a number of different classes to meet you where you are and encourage you to grow. From our outdoor bootcamp to tabata to cardio kickboxing to strength and conditioning, there’s something for everyone. Best of all, we offer both personal and semi-private training, ensuring that you are always able to get just the type of training and encouragement you need. Everyone is different, and our small group setting is a great way to connect with others as you embark on a fitness journey together.

CARDIO Kickboxing - One, Two!

This program is sure to keep you fit! Participants will learn authentic skills and elements of self-defense without the sparring. This class will definitely work-up a sweat and help you tone and condition your body while promoting self-defenses and achieving personal goals. Get ready to punch and kick your way through to another level!

Pre/Postnatal Fitness - Oh Mama!

Whether you are a new mama or a few years postnatal this program is designed to help mamas regain their strength and functional capacity by addressing many of the dysfunctions that are associated with pregnancies. From postural to weak pelvic floor and diastasis recti, this program is sure to address it all, including the old, too popular “sneeze pee”.

Tabata - 20:10; Repeat!

Tabata is a high intensity interval training (HITT) workout. This workout will definitely have an impact on both your aerobic and anaerobic system. This training system features exercises that last for 4-minutes. Pushing yourself as hard as you can for 20-seconds and resting for 10-seconds, completing eight sets of each exercise. Guaranteed to improve your endurance and speed.

Together we can achieve your goals through a safe and effective program that is insightful, motivational and fun!

STRONG Nation - 5,6,7,8!

STRONG Nation combines high intensity interval tempo training (HITT) with the science of synced music motivation. It combines body weight muscle conditioning, cardio and plyometric training moves synced to original music that has been specifically designed to match every single move. Every squat, every lunge, every burpee is driven by music, helping you make it to the last rep and maybe even five more.

Boot Camp - Bite the Bullet!

Boot camp is designed to push participants a bit further than they would normally push themselves. Providing social support for those taking part, this program is designed to build strength and test your physical ability. By using a variety of exercises similar to those used in military training this program is guaranteed to promote fat loss and build team camaraderie among its participants.
